The Pool Barn is a new singular 23m2 modular pod utilised as a gym. The project involved the demolition of the existing structure and relocation of site services.

The module incorporated high-end finishes and integrates two operable facades to maximise access and flexibility.

The site team used their innovative expertise to deliver and install the Pool Barn within a suburban neighbourhood with minimal site boundary clearances.
