This project demonstrates Centina's ability to design and construct a medium scale modular project to State Government standard

The design and construction by Centina of five MOD5 Buildings and one 8 Pan Toilet Block, including all associated civil and infrastructure enabling works. This project demonstrates Centina's ability to design and construct a medium scale modular project to State Government standard.

The modular buildings comply with the Department for Education specifications and the Department for Planning Transport and Infrastructure building standards. Centina mobilised onto this project in an extremely short period of time and will complete the project in a condensed time frame. This has led to improved project outcomes for the Client and the School.

Work on this project has allowed Centina to accomplish a few key milestones including establishment of their modular facility, learnings in relation to required design inputs, fast tracked learnings regarding lifting, transporting and handling of prefabricated modules. The project has also allowed Centina to begin building a direct labour workforce.

The successful project delivery involves match fitting, disassembling, transporting and reassembling a multiple module building - demonstrating Centina's ability to complete work of this nature. This built form will be very similar to the Goolwa Oval Sporting Precinct project, constructing multiple module buildings of a similar size and complexity.
