The construction of six architecturally designed townhouses with split levels on a sloping site. All dwellings were sold as house and land packages with integration between sales agents and Centina required to ensure a smooth sales process.
Challenges arose as result of a drawn out pre-construction phase and staggered sales, purchaser expectation management was paramount and successfully achieved with all dwellings sold and currently in construction.
The dwellings boast recycled red bricks, timber batten soffits, perforated metal balustrading and a desirable street frontage. In addition to the high end contemporary selections and materiality, the external walling and windows are designed for occupant comfort in regards to acoustic performance.
