This exciting project involved the construction of an office and amenities building at Como Glasshouse and Amenities Stage 4 beneath the existing glasshouse structure.

The office consists of structural steel frame bearing upon the integrated raft slab and pad footings, divided by non-loadbearing internal steel partition framing. Plasterboard wall linings envelop the office and amenities, and the ceiling lining above the boardroom consists of Structaflor.

Single glazed window suites have been installed to the façade of the office and amenities building with internal glazing featured between the reception and open office area.

Interior linings consist of plasterboard affixed to the steel wall frame as well as a combination of plasterboard and suspended ceilings. Vinyl flooring was installed to the ground floor, except for ceramic tiles installed to the wet areas, entry and northern corridor. The floor covering to the mezzanine consists of carpet tiles, except for the kitchen which received a vinyl floor and skirtings.

We were proud to transform the old footings into a modern, spacious, and functional place of business.
