Custom built dwellings designed by TECTVS Architects with some unique, commercial detailing.

These semi-detached dwellings are blending traditional construction techniques with modern detailing to achieve a truly custom high end look. A key element of this is the feature herringbone brickwork to the façade, meeting commercial framed windows. Given the natural grade of the block, the decision was made to create split level dwellings using a combination of slab on ground and suspended.

Separation and support was created using a blockwork spine which sails the length of the buildings.

The fit out of these bespoke dwellings will be completed to a high level of finish, and is to include blackbutt decking, feature tiled floors, smeg appliances, cleaf joinery with stone benchtops, and caroma fitments and fixtures.
