Centina were engaged to provide an elemental breakdown of cost to complete the fit-out works for an existing office in the Adelaide CBD.
This initial estimate became a fixed price contract and the works were delivered under budget whilst achieving completion prior to the client’s deadline, governed by an existing lease expiration. An architectural and relatively well-maintained existing shell required alterations and fit-out works to make the client’s newly purchased office space fit for purpose. Services alterations/adjustments including plumbing, electrical and mechanical were required to create a new bathroom as well as lighting, power and data provisions.
Partition walls were required to create the new office layout, incorporating full height glazed partition walls to offices and the boardroom, complete with hinged and sliding glazed doors. New joinery, reception desk, and contemporary finishes including sanitaryware, tiling and floor coverings tied the space together. The fit-out works invigorated the office space and brought to life a neat and professional environment for both our client’s employees and customers to deal in.
