Centina were successful in developing a highly collaborative relationship with the client and other significant stakeholders to successfully deliver this large and complex residential project.

Parkview Precinct consisted of the construction of 22 triple storey townhouses. The project was delivered over two stages, the first being sold as house and land packages and the second built by the developer. One of the project challenges was the large stakeholder base that needed to be considered. The strong relationship that was formed between the client and Centina ultimately mitigated this inherent risk to ensure a smooth handover of all houses to purchasers.

Centina were heavily involved in the early cost analysis and design development of the project. The challenging target budget and timeframe meant that Centina was required to optimise all aspects of the project whilst ensuring the overall aesthetic of the project was not compromised.

The key design features of the development include the facades that incorporate a pleasing combination of innovative form and a seamless combination of materiality. Alucobond, timber, brick and lightweight materials were used to achieve this wonderful outcome.
