Centina worked in collaboration with ADSG to deliver this prominent residential development in the city fringe suburb of Ashford. The project consisted of seven triple storey dwellings and was particularly challenging due to the spatially constrained nature of the site and the tight timeframe that was specified from commencement of works to completion.
The dwellings were sold by the client prior to the construction phase and tight budgets were achieved through market pricing and Centina’s value management initiatives. Dwellings were completed with a high quality finish and the project was delivered months ahead of program.
Dwellings had articulated façades, contrasting colours and a timber look feature panel, an impressive built form was achieved at a moderate cost. Cantilevering balconies create a feature above the developments access road and provide private open space for occupants.
