Centina is working with the client and project architect to develop a truly collaborative outcome.

The project is being delivered in a live environment to ensure the existing facility remains fully operational throughout construction. This requires daily coordination with the facility management and has also required shift work, whilst still maintaining tight control of construction costs.

The first stage was completed early February 2015 and included new male and female toilets, sports bar, lounge bar and coolroom facility.

The remainder was completed mid March 2015 and included an upgraded gaming facility; front bar; toilet facility; alfresco dining area; new beer garden and carparking.

The beer garden incorporates a key architectural feature, a five metre-high solid sandstone rotunda and brick blade piers surrounded by a glass façade. The interior comprises a feature stone pavement, timber decking and timber soffits. Feature tiling, wallpaper and joinery with polished timber floors and carpets are also included.
