Yesterday, we joined project partners and community members at the launch of Coast by Unity Housing – a $48 million mixed-use development at Henley Beach South constructed by Centina.
Officially opened by Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Nick Champion, this transformative project is the result of a strong partnership between Unity Housing and the SA Housing Trust.
Coast delivers:
– 22 affordable rental townhouses
– 28 social housing apartments
– 20 privately sold apartments
This development sets a new benchmark for inclusive and sustainable community living – bringing quality social, affordable, and market housing to one of Adelaide’s most desirable coastal locations.
It’s been a privilege for Centina to help bring this important vision to life, working in collaboration with partners who share our commitment to positively impacting communities.
