1. How do I lodge a maintenance enquiry with Centina?

To lodge a maintenance enquiry, please complete our Maintenance Request Form available on the Contact Us page of our website. Provide details of the issue, your project or property name, and your contact information. Our Maintenance Team will review your request and be in touch to arrange inspection and resolution.

2. How do I report a defect to Centina?

If you believe there is a defect in your property or project delivered by Centina, you can lodge a Defect Enquiry through our online Defect Request Form on the Contact Us page. Please include photographs (if available), a description of the defect, and your contact details. Our Defects Team will assess the request in line with your warranty or defect liability period.

3. How do I apply for a job at Centina?

All current job opportunities are listed on our Careers Page. To apply, select the position that interests you and upload your CV and cover letter via the online form. If no suitable roles are listed, you can also submit an expression of interest to be considered for future opportunities.

4. I’m a supplier – how can I apply to become a preferred supplier with Centina?

Centina values strong partnerships with suppliers who share our commitment to quality, reliability, and innovation. If you would like to supply products or services, please complete the Partner Application Form on our Partners Page. Be sure to include company details, product/service information, and relevant accreditations. Our Procurement Team will review your application and contact you if further information is required.

5. What industries does Centina work across?

Centina delivers projects across residential, commercial, and community developments, as well as government-funded initiatives. Our expertise includes property development, project management, modular construction, and fit-outs.

6. Do Centina undertake smaller one off renovations and extensions?

As a Tier 3 builder we typically don’t undertake smaller projects.  Our residential focus is on projects above 6 dwellings.

7. Does Centina offer sustainable or modular construction solutions?

Yes. Centina has extensive experience in delivering sustainable, modular, and prefabricated construction methods. These approaches allow us to fast-track delivery, minimise site disruption, and deliver environmentally conscious outcomes.
