Intellectual Property means patents, business names, trade names, brand names, company names, trademarks, designs, copyright, know-how, domain names, database applications, software, imagery, “get up”, reputation and any other form of intellectual property. This includes but is not limited to all applications for the same, whether capable of statutory protection, registered or unregistered.
3.4. Centina means Centina Group Pty Ltd and any reference to ‘our’ ‘us’ or ‘we’ is also a reference to Centina.
3.5. Personal Data includes, but is not limited to email address, first and last name, any information automatically collected when accessing our website (such as your IP address, browser type).
3.6. Project(s) means any development being completed by, or with the collaboration of, Centina.
