Last week, we were proud to celebrate the completion and official opening of Euca.
Delivered in partnership with developer Kolabb and the City of Tea Tree Gully, Euca is a boutique community of 25 architecturally designed two and three-bedroom townhomes, each achieving a 7-Star NatHERS rating.
Located just 20 minutes from the Adelaide CBD and moments from Tea Tree Plaza, the project transformed previously underutilised land into a vibrant new neighbourhood, delivering high-quality, sustainable housing at an attainable price point.
In addition to the homes, the development includes a publicly accessible landscaped park featuring a playground, generous lawn areas, trees and new pathways – creating valuable green space for both residents and the broader community.
We were honoured to mark the occasion alongside project partners, homeowners and community members, and to hear from The Hon. Nick Champion, Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Minister for Housing Infrastructure and Minister for Planning, and Ryan McMahon, CEO, City of Tea Tree Gully. Also in attendance were Olivia Savvas MP, Mayor Marijka Ryan, Council’s elected members, Liam Golding, Chief Executive of the UDIA SA, Bruce Djite, Executive Director of the Property Council SA, and members of the Centina team.
Particular congratulations goes to Max, Emily, Matt and Mitch from our Residential team for their commitment to this project.
Euca reflects what can be achieved through strong collaboration and a shared commitment to quality, sustainability and community-focused outcomes. We’re incredibly proud of the result and the role our team played in bringing this project to life.
