As part of the Northline Headquarters development at 68 King William Street, Kent Town, Centina was engaged to deliver the fitout for ground floor tenant Henry’s, alongside the base build works for the retail tenancy.
The scope included mechanical, joinery, tiling, carpentry, feature finishes and painting, with standout elements such as Venetian plaster, bespoke tiling details, and feature timber joinery. Guided by a Mediterranean-inspired design, the finishes were carefully considered by the client and design team, with Centina working closely to ensure the vision was executed to a high standard.
Collaboration was central to the project’s success. Centina worked in partnership with Henry’s owner, Daniel Franklin, to coordinate interfaces between the base build and fitout works, maintaining strong cost control and delivering the project on time and within budget.
Today, Henry’s is a vibrant destination within the Kent Town precinct, serving as a key meeting place for the local business community. The high-quality fitout contributes meaningfully to the area’s evolving urban fabric and Centina is proud to have played a role in delivering this important community asset.
