In late 2024 Centina successfully delivered a multi-storey office building for logistics company, Northline, on behalf of developer, Australasian Property Developments.
The building comprises a ground-floor retail tenancy, two levels of car parking (including a car stacker), two levels of fully fitted-out office space, and a rooftop function/bar area.
The project was completed under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract, with Centina engaged during the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase to finalise the IFC (Issued For Construction) design in alignment with the GMP budget.
