The Otto Townhouses project is a collection of 60 architecturally designed two and three bedroom Torrens titled homes, ideally positioned in Stepney.
The development comprises three-storey townhouses featuring steel framing, striking feature masonry, lightweight and metal-clad façades, and premium interior fit-outs.
Delivered over three stages the project required innovative solutions to overcome construction challenges associated with vertical integration and with building in an established neighbourhood with tight streets and constricted access.
Centina was engaged as the preferred builder through a competitive tender, under a fixed lump sum contract. The early works civil and infrastructure package laid the foundation for the complex built form.
Sold as individual house-and-land packages, the project also involved close coordination with the sales team, purchasers, and management of developer rebates.
