Our Guild Terrace Stage 3 Townhouse project in Bowden, South Australia, has achieved a 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built 1.2 certification, showing Australian excellence in better, healthier and more responsible buildings.
Energy efficiency was a key consideration in the design, from room orientation to the use of high-quality windows, sunshade, and natural ventilation.
Developed in partnership with Renewal SA, these contemporary townhouses overlook a beautifully landscaped reserve, providing two and three storeys of high-quality living complementing the streetscape and reflecting the historical aspects of the area.
Davina Rooney, CEO of Green Building Council of Australia said about the development, “We commend Centina and Renewal SA on the Guild Terraces which have received a 5 Star Green Star Design & As Built certification, marking Australian excellence in sustainable design and construction.
