Centina’s Career Pathway Program is a paid, industry-immersive, career-defining opportunity for final-year undergraduates and graduates in engineering and construction management.
You won’t just work in the business, you’ll gain exposure across the full property and construction ecosystem, from live project sites to development strategy, modern methods of construction and industry networking.

Who are we looking for?
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduates in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or Computer Systems / Technology
- GPA 6.0 or above
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- AI fluency and demonstrated initiative
- Aligned with our values of quality, trust, honesty and craft
