Centina is proud to be partnering with Adenium Living, a leader in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), to deliver two tranches of innovative, inclusive housing across Adelaide.
We were engaged by Adenium in mid-2024 through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process to assist with planning and development documentation and bring Adenium’s vision to life.
Tranche 1, featuring 17 homes across sites in Elizabeth, Salisbury, Broadview, Ferryden Park, Seaton, Marion, Hackham and Morphett Vale, is well underway. The first handover is complete, with four more sites scheduled for handover in June.
Tranche 2 has just commenced with construction starting this week on 10 homes across four sites in Royal Park, Flinders Park, Broadview, and Hackham.
This investment by Adenium reflects our shared commitment to building housing that meets a wide range of NDIS standards including ‘Improved Livability,’ ‘Fully Accessible,’ ‘High Physical Support,’ and ‘Robust’ categories.
