Following a competitive tender process, Centina are excited to announce we’ve been appointed the contractor for Detmold Group’s new global headquarters and office building in Regency Park.
As Paul Nardinocchi, Managing Director of Centina said, “The Detmold win for Centina is one of those moments that matters.”
This partnership reflects our shared commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability and supports our continued growth as a local, South Australian family business, building not just structures, but lasting community connections.
The 5,100m², three-storey, steel-framed complex will feature A-grade office space for 240 staff, including formal and informal meeting spaces with an open-plan design, breakout areas, on-site parking, end-of-trip facilities, and an onsite café, opening onto a spacious, green outdoor terrace designed for year-round enjoyment.
The building will adopt green design features to maximise natural lighting and ventilation and shading for energy efficiency, wellbeing and comfort, along with rainfall harvesting and recirculation.
Thank you to the Detmold family for their confidence and trust in Centina’s ability to deliver this project.
