We recently welcomed participants from the Building Women Construction Taster Program to Centina for a behind-the-scenes look at the diverse career opportunities available across the construction industry.
The group toured our manufacturing facility, where they saw steel frames being designed, manufactured and assembled, gaining insight into the growing role of modern methods of construction in addressing Australia’s housing challenges.
Participants also visited our Detmold Group global headquarters project, experiencing a live commercial construction site and learning about the many career pathways available across project delivery, site management, trades, engineering, manufacturing and support services.
At Centina, we’re passionate about helping create pathways into the industry and showcasing the breadth of opportunities available to the next generation of construction professionals.
A big thank you to the Building Women team and Renewal SA Works Program for partnering with us on this initiative, and to our team members who generously shared their knowledge and experience throughout the day.
