Centina congratulates our development partner, Kolabb, on winning the Boutique Development Award for Euca at the 2026 UDIA SA Awards for Excellence.
Built by Centina, Euca comprises 25 architecturally designed townhomes in Modbury, transforming underutilised land into a vibrant residential community that combines quality housing, sustainable design and valuable public open space.
The development demonstrates how thoughtful design and quality construction can deliver high-quality, attainable housing while creating positive outcomes for residents and the broader community.
