The homes integrate Environmentally Sustainable Design principles and incorporate textured brickwork and metalwork that pay tribute to Bowden’s industrial heritage. Inside, residents enjoy high-quality finishes, feature stairwells, interior masonry walls, timber detailing on joinery, and ample natural lighting. Bi-folding doors open to interconnected courtyards, enabling year-round enjoyment of the outdoors. Ground-floor office spaces provide flexibility for working from home, while two-storey internal voids create a spacious, airy atmosphere throughout these exceptional homes.
