Following a competitive tender process, Centina is pleased to once again partner with Believe Housing Australia, the housing division of AnglicareSA, to design and construct 29 new affordable rental homes in Kilburn and Mitchell Park for women over 55 – one of the fastest-growing groups experiencing housing insecurity.
These homes are being delivered as part of the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF), a landmark national initiative supporting the creation of thousands of safe, affordable homes across the country.
This project further strengthens our relationship with Believe Housing Australia and AnglicareSA, building on our successful collaboration on the award-winning Mansfield Park development.
For more than 150 years, AnglicareSA has supported South Australians through vital housing, care, and community programs – helping tens of thousands of people each year. Believe Housing Australia continues this legacy through the delivery of quality, affordable homes that create stability and connection.
