The design and construction of Ironbank Cherry Gardens Football Club include site service connections, associated civil and concrete works, decks, stairs, handrails and minor landscape works.

The club’s change rooms consist of six separable modules comprising of two team massage and change rooms, home and visitor shower cubicle rooms and two umpire change rooms.

Centina Modular’s design team coordinated planning approval and ensured compliance with building standards and AFL guidelines.

The project demonstrates the team’s ability to deliver the project with a limited budget and tight timeframe, assisted by Centina Modular’s integration of BIM technology and collaborative workflow process.
