Manager, People & Culture

We’re seeking an experienced Manager, People and Culture to lead the development and delivery of contemporary people practices across the organisation. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this role will partner closely with leaders to strengthen culture, elevate performance and ensure Centina continues to attract, develop and retain great people.

This is a newly created role and is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience across the full employment lifecycle – from workforce planning and leadership development to engagement, wellbeing and safety.

This role suits a hands-on People and Culture professional, or someone who is ready to take their next step into a leadership role. While we envisage the role is full-time we are open to conversations around flexible and reduced hours. Salary will be negotiated according to level of experience.

Ultimately we are looking for a strategic leader who is a good cultural fit, and someone who will champion a culture that reflects Centina’s values, supports high performance and reinforces our commitment to a workplace where people can thrive.
