Centina successfully delivered the new workplace for Infinity Advisors in the Adelaide CBD, transforming an existing office shell into a contemporary and functional environment. Beginning with an early order of cost estimate, Centina fast-tracked the program by converting it into a GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) contract. This approach provided cost certainty and enabled works to commence quickly, ensuring the project was delivered under budget and completed ahead of the client’s critical lease expiry deadline.

The fit-out required significant service alterations and architectural enhancements to make the newly acquired office space fit for purpose. Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems were adapted to support a new bathroom and upgraded lighting, power, and data provisions. Partition walls reshaped the layout, including full-height glazed offices and a boardroom with sleek hinged and sliding doors. Custom joinery, a new reception desk, and modern finishes such as tiling, sanitaryware, and floor coverings elevated the design, creating a polished and professional space.

The result is a workplace that reflects Infinity Advisors’ brand values and provides an inspiring environment for both staff and clients.
