Located on Anzac Highway in Ashford, Centina is delivering 14 contemporary three-storey townhouses as part of a $6.7 million Design and Construct project. Designed for the build-to-rent market, the development will provide quality residential accommodation in a well-connected metropolitan location.

Located on a busy arterial road with restricted site access, the project requires careful coordination of materials, trades and construction activities. Working alongside client representative Bencon and superintendent Moto Projects, Centina is applying rigorous commercial project management processes to meet demanding program, safety and quality requirements.

A key feature of the project is the use of steel floor joists, wall frames and roof trusses manufactured in-house at Centina’s purpose-built Dry Creek facility. The project incorporates an impressive 59 kilometres of steel framing, 71.5 tonnes of steel and approximately 178,000 screws.

Manufacturing our own framing provides greater control over quality, cost and delivery, allowing production to progress alongside construction activities. The controlled indoor environment also reduces weather-related delays during manufacturing, improves precision and provides more consistent working conditions for our team.

The Ashford development demonstrates Centina’s commitment to continuous improvement, combining the efficiencies of in-house manufacturing with disciplined project management to deliver quality residential outcomes.
