Centina partnered with SA Housing Authority to deliver 53 architecturally designed affordable homes under a design and construct arrangement. We pushed the boundaries of what can be achieved under the “Affordable” banner by providing a product of high quality and high level of finish.
The project was designed to give the purchasers a bespoke design feel with articulating facades consisting of texture coated Hebel and a range of alternative bricks.
Each home has been innovatively designed to utilise the spaces provided, efficiently and effectively.
