In 2018 we were engaged to develop the Seaford Day Surgery, a technically complex and architecturally designed medical facility featuring specialised services and custom fit-outs.
The interior design of the operating theatres and consulting rooms included expansive circulation areas, bespoke architectural joinery, functional floor and wall vinyl, feature lighting, and access-compliant wet areas and doors.
Throughout construction, a high level of service coordination was required to ensure that D&C packages met FFP standards, product/design compliance with Australian Health Facility Guidelines (AusHFG), and that appropriate service provisions were in place for medical plant and equipment.
